Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Welcome to Mystical Temple of Tarot / Mystic Hekate. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, booking a reading, participating in Mystic Circle, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase spiritual services, readings, spellwork, or other age-restricted services offered through this website unless a particular service expressly states otherwise.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Tarot Readings & Spiritual Guidance

Tarot readings, intuitive readings, spiritual consultations, divination, mediumship-related services, and other forms of spiritual guidance are provided for spiritual, personal-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

No reading or spiritual consultation guarantees a particular future event, relationship outcome, financial result, legal result, medical result, or other specific outcome.

Any interpretation provided reflects the spiritual or intuitive nature of the service at the time it is performed.

You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.

3. Spellwork & Spiritual Services

Spellwork, candle work, ritual services, spiritual cleansings, manifestation work, protection work, love work, prosperity work, baneful work, and related spiritual services are subjective spiritual practices.

No specific result is guaranteed.

Purchasing a spiritual service means you are paying for the practitioner’s time, preparation, materials, spiritual work, ritual performance, and expertise, rather than purchasing a guaranteed result.

Results, timing, and experiences may vary from person to person.

4. When Spiritual Work Is Considered Started

For purposes of refunds and cancellations, spiritual work may be considered to have begun once any preparation related to the order has started.

This may include divination, research, preparation of ritual materials, dressing or preparing candles, preparing oils or herbs, writing petitions, creating sigils, scheduling ritual work, beginning ritual work, or otherwise dedicating time and materials specifically to the customer’s order.

Once work has begun, the service is considered in progress and may no longer qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided through this website should be considered a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Tarot readings, spiritual consultations, spellwork, and other spiritual services are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

If you require professional assistance in one of those areas, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order or booking a service.

This includes names, dates, questions, email addresses, shipping addresses, appointment information, photographs when requested, and any other information necessary to complete the service.

Mystical Temple of Tarot / Mystic Hekate is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

7. Readings, Appointments & No-Shows

Customers are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed date and time.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

Repeated rescheduling, failure to attend a scheduled appointment, or excessive lateness may result in the appointment being considered completed or forfeited.

A missed appointment does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Reasonable accommodations may be made at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Because many of our services involve personalized preparation, reserved time, spiritual work, custom materials, or digital delivery, all sales on completed or commenced spiritual services, readings, custom services, and digital products are generally final.

A cancellation request made before work or preparation has begun may be considered at our discretion.

Once spiritual work, preparation, a reading, or a customized service has begun, the order is normally non-refundable.

Dissatisfaction with the spiritual outcome of a service does not by itself create a right to a refund because specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Physical Products

Physical products may include candles, oils, herbs, bath products, wax melts, sprays, jewelry, bracelets, spiritual tools, and other merchandise.

Unless otherwise stated, opened, used, personalized, custom-made, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive products are generally not eligible for return.

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so that we can review the situation.

Any remedy may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Product Safety

Certain spiritual products may contain herbs, oils, fragrances, waxes, dyes, botanicals, or other ingredients that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Always review product information before use.

Candles and incense should never be left burning unattended.

Products intended for external spiritual use should not be ingested unless they are expressly sold and labeled for consumption.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to their intended purpose.

11. Digital Products & Custom Materials

Digital downloads, written readings, reports, custom spiritual documents, PDFs, charts, personalized materials, and similar digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery or once preparation has begun.

Digital materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or commercially exploited without written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All original website content, graphics, service descriptions, written materials, spiritual writings, photographs, product designs, course materials, custom documents, branding, logos, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a service or product does not transfer ownership of copyrighted materials, branding, or other intellectual property.

13. Mystic Circle Community

Mystic Circle is a community feature provided as part of the Mystical Temple of Tarot / Mystic Hekate online experience.

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and may not use the community to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, defraud, or intentionally disrupt other members.

Private messages, group chats, posts, comments, profile content, and other community activity may be subject to moderation.

Accounts may receive warnings, strikes, temporary restrictions, messaging cooldowns, suspensions, or bans when community rules are violated.

Access to Mystic Circle is a privilege and may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.

14. Account Moderation

Mystic Circle may use a strike-based moderation system.

A first strike may serve as a warning. Additional strikes may result in temporary restrictions, including loss of private messaging privileges. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or banning.

Certain severe violations may result in immediate action without requiring previous strikes.

Removal of community access does not automatically create a right to a refund for unrelated products or services already delivered.

15. Premium Features

Mystic Circle may offer optional premium features for an additional fee.

Premium features may include enhanced profile customization, communications tools, community features, early access, additional storage or organization tools, or other benefits.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued as Mystic Circle develops.

Purchase of Premium does not exempt a member from community rules, strikes, suspensions, or bans.

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error or problem with an order, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback does not automatically establish that a product or service was not provided.

We may submit relevant transaction records, customer communications, checkout acknowledgments, electronic signatures, delivery information, booking information, and documentation of services performed when responding to a payment dispute.

Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent payment dispute may result in refusal of future service or account restrictions.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

17. Electronic Signature & Checkout Acceptance

When electronic acceptance is required during checkout, the customer may be asked to review these Terms, select an acknowledgment box, and type their full legal name.

By typing your full legal name into the designated electronic-signature field, you affirm that the name entered is your own and that you intend it to serve as your electronic signature for that transaction.

Your electronic signature confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable refund, cancellation, service, and disclaimer policies associated with the purchase.

Electronic acceptance may be stored with information relating to the transaction.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of the payment, website, and service providers used to operate this website.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors and may not be stored directly by Mystical Temple of Tarot / Mystic Hekate.

19. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when appropriate, including situations involving harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, threats, repeated policy violations, misuse of services, or requests we are unwilling or unable to fulfill.

If service is refused before any paid work begins, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

20. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and its services available, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting providers, internet outages, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

21. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of a transaction generally applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The most recent revision date will be shown at the top of this page.

22. Agreement

By completing a purchase, booking a service, creating or using an account, participating in Mystic Circle, or electronically signing at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge the spiritual and subjective nature of readings and spellwork, understand that specific outcomes are not guaranteed, accept the applicable refund and cancellation policies, and voluntarily agree to the terms governing your purchase or use of the website.
